About this service
The HIRE program empowers potential employees and equips employers to sustain an inclusive and productive workplace.
Working with HIRE participants (18 years and older) to develop skills and techniques to overcome barriers, to be confident and to be contributory employees in their work environment. HIRE staff continue to work with participants and employers on an ongoing basis to provide support and re-training as needed throughout the employment engagement.
