About this service
Helping to ensure the inclusion of young children so that they may achieve their full developmental and learning potential. This Early Intervention Program works in collaboration with families, caregivers and community agencies to support each child in developing to their full potential. The following core services are provided: Caregiver Education, Support & Resources, Developmental Screening & Assessments, Individual Program Plans, Information and Community Referrals, Family Support and Resources, Parent Education Programs
