About this service
Walk-in, one-on-one counselling with a therapist, Thursdays 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. No appointments necessary.
Mental Health Services help individual and family members who are experiencing mental health problems.
Mental health problems may include mental illness such as:
- depression
- postpartum depression
- anxiety
- obsessive compulsive disorder
- schizophrenia
If you are not sure if these services are right for you, you can ask to talk to one of our therapists for assistance.
