About this service
Our goal is to empower our learners by helping to improve their reading, writing, numeracy, digital technology skills, communication, English language, document use and other skills needed to thrive in todays world. We have several learning coaches who are able to meet with learners to help them reach their personal goals.
This personalized, confidential, free program helps adults to improve their literacy skills and to achieve their personal learning goals, which could include:
Being able to perform daily tasks such as banking, reading labels, using a computer, etc.
Getting a job or improving skills at work
Passing the G.E.D. exam
Talking to their childs teacher or helping with homework
Improving their English skills or preparing for the citizenship or IELTS exams
