About this service
The Community Housing Program is designed to offer adequate housing to Canadian families in financial need. The Evergreens Foundation presently manages 7 townhouse family units in Edson and 6 duplexes, plus 1 house in Hinton. Tenants' cost are 30% of income, which includes rent, heat, water and sewer; telephone and electricity services are the tenants responsibility.
