About this service
The Grande Cache Early Childhood Coalition is committed to raising awareness of the importance of a childs development in the early years (birth-5). This community coalition uses results from the EDI (Early Development Instrument) administered in kindergarten, to identify gaps in 5 developmental domains:
- Physical health & well being
- Social Competence
- Emotional Maturity
- Language & Thinking Skills
- Communication Skills & General Development
- We then create initiatives and activities to help lessen the gap
