The Youth Navigator is an intensive outreach position that supports youth 15-24 with housing, referrals, and supports to navigate the youth and/or adult systems to help them transition to independence / adulthood. The navigator is able to attend meetings and/or appointments with the youth to help them advocate for their needs and access supports. The Navigator helps with life skills such as budgeting and groceries.
