About this service
The Youth Navigator is an intensive outreach position that supports youth aged 15-24 with housing, referrals, and support to navigate the youth and/or adult systems, helping them transition to independence and adulthood. The navigator is able to attend meetings and/or appointments with the youth to assist them in advocating for their needs and accessing support. The Navigator also provides assistance with life skills, such as budgeting and grocery shopping.
