About this service
The Sexual Violence Treatment Program provides support and services to children, youth, and adults who have experienced trauma as a result of sexual violence (sexual abuse, sexual assault). Services may include one-on-one counseling, play therapy, couples therapy, educational sessions, as well as opportunities to participate in a variety of informational and/or psycho-educational groups, counseling, and follow-up support. Court preparation and court accompaniment may also be included and are offered in Grande Prairie, Valleyview, High Prairie, and Peace River.
