About this service
Our registered dietitian takes a holistic approach to nutrition including a review of each individual's medical history, medications, access to food, physical symptoms, laboratory data, height and weight measurements, lifestyle, activity level, and food and nutrition history. Nutrition services are tailored for each client to help them achieve their specific goals relating to health, wellness or sports performance.The registered dietitian provides family nutrition sessions, grocery store tours, individualized assessment and meal planning, menu planning, sport nutrition for individuals and teams, and nutrition for prevention and management of medical conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, osteoporosis, irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn's Disease, Colitis, congestive heart failure, pancreatitis, and allergies.
