About this service
Mens Support Group provides an opportunity for men to talk about their lives with their peers. You are able to show up and listen or share as much as you are comfortable. The group is lead by a male facilitator with years of experiences in support men with their mental health.
Some topics include (but not limited to) loneliness, relationship break-up, divorce, financial loss, death of a loved one, or job loss.
- Free Drop-In Wednesdays at 7:00 pm - Meets every Wednesday in
