About this service
Men's Support Group provides an opportunity for men to talk about their lives with their peers. You are able to show up and listen or share as much as you are comfortable. The group is led by a male facilitator with years of experience in supporting men with their mental health. Some topics include (but are not limited to) loneliness, relationship break-up, divorce, financial loss, death of a loved one, or job loss. Free Drop-In Wednesdays at 7:00 pm - Meets every Wednesday in Nordic Court, Room 200, 10014 99 Street. Please use the front door buzzer to access the building.
