About this service
All teens have stressful things in their lives. The weekend retreat is a fun chance for youth to connect with others their own age and start to figure out how to cope better with teen life. The teen program begins with a fun weekend retreat. This weekend is a chance for teens to have a break from daily stress, connect with others their own age, talk about some of that stuff that no one talks about and gain some skills to cope with it in a healthier way. The weekend helps teens see that everyone has struggles in their lives and that they are not alone in dealing with them.
Throughout the weekend we gain a better understanding of different topics, answer questions in a safe environment, come up with strategies to cope with these difficult or sometimes scary topics and learn who to go to for help. We also do a lot of fun games and activities.

Teen between the grades of 7-12
