Grief & Loss Workshop

The Grief & Loss Workshop is a support program that began in 1981. The workshop teaches individuals how to cope better during periods of grief and loss, which can arise from situations besides death. It aids in understanding normal reactions to such situations and how to handle complex reactions that might require serious interventions. Exploring contemporary theories and models of grief and loss will be an integral part of the program. In addition to offering techniques and tools for those aiding people experiencing grief, the caregivers' role in the process is also highlighted. The workshop duration is 3.5 hours, and it costs $99.
