Coordinated Care Campus

The Coordinated Care Campus (CCC) in Grande Prairie is a supportive housing facility designed to tackle chronic homelessness. It was approved in 2021 as part of a Rapid Housing Initiative and involves a former hotel and conference center being converted into supportive housing units and municipal offices. The CCC delivers wrap-around services such as healthcare and cultural support, and it also offers social enterprise and employment opportunities. The campus is envisioned as a long-term housing solution, reducing homelessness and associated issues in the city, and it is largely funded through community partnerships. Construction of phases 1 and 2 is expected to be completed in early Q3 of 2023, delayed due to supply chain disruptions. The overall project timeline anticipates completion by Spring 2023.
