Archdiocese of Grouard Mclen Cursillo Secretariat

The Grouard-McLennan Cursillo Movement is a Canadian religious group based in Grande Prairie, Alberta, that has been operating since 1979. This organization is dedicated to expanding the Kingdom of Christ through evangelization using the Cursillo method. Their main mission is to "Make a Friend, Be a Friend, Bring a Friend to Christ." They organize Cursillo weekends twice a year, in spring and fall, separately for men and women, in order to renew participants' faith. They also encourage weekly meetings of their smaller Christian community post these weekends, utilizing methods like Group Reunion, Bible Study groups, and Prayer groups. They also host monthly gatherings referred to as Ultreya, where former Cursillo participants share their faith experiences and offer spiritual encouragement. The Grouard-McLennan Cursillo Movement is a member of the Canadian Conference of Catholic Cursillos (CCCC).
