About this organization
The Grande Prairie Regional ACFA:
- Is the spokesperson of its members, in addition to being responsible for coordinating the actions of claims and development of the community, in collaboration with the English-speaking organizations and to follow up;
- Is responsible for community development by providing assistance and support to regional initiatives;
- See to the unity and cohesion of its members;
- Is responsible for the coordination of Francophone organizations in the region;
- Is responsible for promoting pride and French-speaking culture in the region and must project a positive image of Alberta's Francophonie;
- Encourage and facilitate the development of French-language education;
- Supports and promotes the economic development of Francophones in the region;
- Promotes the intellectual, cultural and social well-being of Francophones in the region.
- The Grande Prairie Regional ACFA is the voice of Francophones in the Grande Prairie region!
