About this service
Playschool - Grade 8: A new facility (2018), WRCS includes enhanced features such as a Makerspace classroom, student common areas, and breakout rooms. The inclusive environment provides services for children in kindergarten through grade 8. Grades 4-8 have access to one-to-one digital devices, and classrooms are equipped with the latest technology. Staff members have developed collaborative practices to support student success and a strong student-focused culture. The school offers band, music, art, and drama programs, a multitude of options (gr 7/8), and a junior high travel group. Students in grades 5-8 will be able to engage in extracurricular sports teams, including volleyball, basketball, curling, badminton, and track and field. An active school council plays a positive role in enhancing school culture, and we truly have a community/family feel.
