About this service
Are you looking for a way to stay active and do it safely through the winter? Join the Seniors Walk and Talk - now in three locations! Keep fit and stay connected. No charge to walk and enjoy a coffee on us too. Locations: - Knelsen Centre Gymnasium, Bezanson - Happy Trails Track at the Crosslink County Sportsplex - Hythe Community Centre Program runs from October to May.
