About this service
Helps participants explore ways to manage their health and live their life, one step at a time. This is a free six-week group program for adults 18+ who have or support someone with a long-term health condition(s). Workshops occur once a week for 6 weeks and are 2.5 hours in length. The workshops are led by people who have experience with a long-term health condition(s) in their own life. Together, participants and leaders learn from each other by sharing their experiences and exploring possible solutions.
