About this service
For those who are a minimum age of 12 who have done gymnastics before OR are brand new to the sport. This class is designed so that our older athletes can try gymnastics and advance through the badges, without having to worry about being in a class with little ones. Badge levels are used as a tool for coaches to monitor and evaluate progressions; however, our main focus is to provide a program that allows any child to experience and enjoy the sport of gymnastics. This class is co-ed and focuses on all of the gymnastics events - vault, bars, beam, rings and floor.
