REP (A) Program

Fort Saskatchewan Minor Hockey has 4 divisions within our association: RAC HOCKEY (AAA&AA) REP HOCKEY (A) COMMUNITY HOCKEY RANGERS & FURY FEMALE INTRO TO HOCKEY (U5/U7) AAA teams are part of the AEHL league - The Alberta Elite Hockey League is the single governing body for AAA male hockey for all teams identified under Hockey Albertas Elite Male Hockey Model. These teams generally practice within Fort Saskatchewan (RAC Fees cover this premium) and games are spread across Edmonton, Leduc, Airdrie, St. Albert, Lloydminster, Grande Peace, Calgary, Red Deer etc. AA teams are part of the NAHL or REM league. These teams generally practice within Fort Saskatchewan (RAC Fees cover this premium)and games are spread across Spruce Grove, Lakeland, Beaumont, Edmonton, Leduc, Lloydminster, GP, Peace River, Sherwood Park, and Fort McMurray A (FS402 & FS501) teams are part of the EFHL and are best described as our jr. RAC program. U13 and U11 do not currently have AAA teams within these divisions so our AA teams are RAC and our A teams are REP. These teams see most of their practices within Fort Sask (REP Fees cover this premium)with some ice times in surrounding communities such as Bruderheim and Lamont. Games will be spread across Edmonton and area. Community teams - This is the balance of EFHL teams U11-U18 (not including FS402 & FS501) These teams are part of the EFHL . These teams will have practices between Fort Sask, Bruderheim and Lamont. FSMH is responsible for ensuring all teams with in this division are given equitable amounts of "undesirable" practice ice. Games will be spread across Edmonton and area. Intro to Hockey U5-U9 - U5 & U7 These teams are house league teams and their season is made of up practices and one jamboree all within Fort Saskatchewan typically ice times are Saturdays or Sundays starting between 7:30 am-7:45 am. U9 teams are part of the EFHL and practice mostly within Fort Saskatchewan, with games in the Edmonton and arena.
