About this service
Provides primarily clinic based assessment and treatment for adults who are experiencing mental health concerns and/or addictive behaviours impacting their personal health and wellbeing. Individuals utilizing services will often have complex needs, with some needing more intensive support and treatment; but in either case are able to live independently or with minimal support in the community. Care is coordinated by a mental health provider and / or addiction counselor. Goal directed services are tailored to the needs of individual clients. Length of treatment is mutually determined between client and provider.
