Dance Moves III is an Acrobatic Arts certified studio. Our Acro instructors are trained to instruct students through progressions that are safe and controlled. The AA syllabus is separated into six different areas of acrobatics: tumbling, flexibility, strength, balance, contortion, and group/partner tricks. Our focus on education results in students that understand the progressions and feel confident in their abilities
