About this organization
Mission: The purpose of the Senior Citizens Welcome Mat is to enhance the mental and physical wellbeing of seniors by providing a variety of opportunities for social interaction, recreational and physical activities. Also, to help seniors remain healthy, active and independent for as long as possible.
Activities: Alberta Seniors Games, bocce ball, pool, shuffleboard, bridge, cribbage, exercise group, seniors choir, potluck suppers, a monthly trip to Lethbridge for shopping, or medical appointments. Exchange visits with other senior centers.
Membership start at age 50!
