About this organization
Extendicare Fort Macleod is a 50-bed home offering continuing, dementia, and day care services as well as a community support respite bed to persons in the Western Chinook Health Regions. Referrals are made to the Chinook Health Region Access Centre to Continuing Care Services. We are an active partner in health care delivery for the Chinook Region. Extendicares commitment to residents is the foundation of care delivery. Vision: We will seek to exceed our customers and stakeholders expectations of a continuing care home. A team-oriented, integrative model with outstanding therapeutic and clinical support will anchor our services, which take place in a modern, spacious, clean and safe building. A homelike atmosphere will provide a warm and friendly background to our flexible, customer-focused care that is characterized by quick responses to the requirements of our clients and their advocates.
