About this service
Program provides individual and group therapy Talk therapy for individuals who have a mental health diagnosis / issue. Clients can self-refer to the Integrated Crisis and Access Team or obtain a referral from doctor or psychiatrist.
Appointment is required.Adults 18 years and older who: have a diagnosis or symptoms of a mental health problem are not actively psychotic have no significant cognitive deficits. We do not provide couples counselling or bereavment services
