About this service
All aspects of the Youth Transitions Program are available in the community for individuals and groups to access at no charge. Often we find that transportation to our downtown location can be an issue. Our youth advisors are flexible enough to meet youth at a public location close to your home, school or work. Additionally, Youth Transitions Program offers one-to-one support and programming in various schools, community agencies and YMCA Family Branches.
