Wellspring - Return to Work - Resumes and Interviews

Having a history that includes cancer should not impact a persons job prospects. Resumes and Interviews (a companion to Wellsprings Return to Work program) guides members through the process of creating a new resume and preparing for the interview process after a cancer diagnosis and treatment. This program helps members identify their distinct skills, knowledge, abilities, strengths and experiences that are marketable and valuable.

Guidance in the interviewing process and practicing interview skills builds self-assurance and preparedness. As a member you are empowered to market and present yourself effectively.

A review of common interview formats and strategies for establishing personal presence and answering challenging questions during the interview process assists with employment readiness. Follow up is an option for those requesting further coaching.
