About this service
Looking after someone experiencing a cancer diagnosis is a vital role, however, it can be lonely and there is also a fatigue factor. Wellspring Edmonton invites you to participate in this four-week program that will help manage the stress and make your role more effective. Within a safe and supportive environment, caregivers share their stories and experiences. leaders present self-care techniques and identify steps to enhance or lighten each caregivers role and responsibilities. Through these four classes, caregivers feel supported, more informed, more aware of available resources and able to make their own self- care decisions and commitments. Leaders offer a breadth of professional and personal experience in providing a space to share, learn and connect with other caregivers.
Please note, our programs are designed for adults only.
