About this service
The Salvation Army believes in the holistic, compassionate care of our clients and staff. We recognize each person's inherent dignity and provide services that help individuals lead healthy, safe, and productive lives
- Must be present in the facility for an intake assessment
- Minimum 18
- Those with physical and/or mental health deficits must be able to live independently at low risk with minimal internal or external assistance
- Proof of identification
Program participants must be willing to accept and follow program policies and sign the Transitional Housing Program Agreement:
- Not use alcohol or illegal/illicit substances within the Centre or be intoxicated in or on the premises
- Safely manage two flights of stairs
- Hand in all medications and/or prescriptions to staff for medication storage
- Agree that the Salvation Army's designated pharmacy will be utilized to fill all prescriptions
- Understand and accept specialized diets cannot be accommodated
- Agree to store all belongings in a locker

We accept program participants who are a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age.
