About this service
The Mustard Seeds Housing First Model connects community participants with safe, affordable housing and community supports. We own and operate two housing facilities Westwood Manor and Open Door Manor.
Westwood Manor is a 20-unit permanent, supportive housing initiative that serves men and women with a history of chronic homelessness through a harm reduction model. Residents can access support staff onsite 24/7.
