SSPSH provides on-going case management and 24-hour intensive supports to participants living in market housing. Individuals served have a history of experiencing homelessness, complex life circumstances including mental health issues and/or substance use related disorders, and have a stable form of income, such as AISH. Participants must be capable of developing independent living skills.
