About this service

Georges House is located in a quiet community and provides interim housing for men and women who are transitioning from detox to addictions treatment or housing and must wait 4-6 weeks for a bed or home. Clients can stay up to 12 weeks while awaiting housing or treatment. Both males and females can be utilizing the service though we do get primarily male referrals. Services Provided: 5 beds (3 male and 2 female) for clients who have completed the withdrawal portion of their treatment programming and who have a date set for an inpatient treatment facility. Clients must be either homeless or in need of a supportive living environment to maintain abstinence.
