About this service
Our first PSH program opened in 2013: Christophers Place in west Edmonton.
Our PSH programs provide a safe managed environment for men and women who require significant permanent supports to maintain their independence in the community. This program operates from a harm reduction perspective. The program focuses on providing residents with the skills and knowledge required in tenancy.
Additionally, a Case Coordinator and Alberta Health Services provide integrated case management services to enhance individuals health. All residents will access this service based on their identified needs.
Centralized Intake at Homeward Trust screens all applications for residence in permanent supportive housing to ensure applicants meet eligibility requirements.
