About this service
This is SSCASs first program, launched in 1988. Referrals are provided to Service Providers which offer the following:
- Minor home repairs
- Housekeeping Yard work
- Snow removal
- Light electrical & plumbing
- Outdoor Painting
Eligibility
Seniors who are 55 or older living in Edmonton are eligible for our Seniors Home Supports Program. There is no cost to the senior for the referral service and membership is not required.
Who Are Your Service Providers?
SSCAS maintains a database of pre-screened service providers who are vetted and is ready to assist Edmonton seniors in the delivery of services at affordable rates. SSCAS will provide three referrals with their rates for each inquiry. The rate is paid directly to the service provider.
