About this service
Eden House is an innovative care community operated by Shepherds Care Foundation, on the verge of becoming a true campus of Age-in-Place Care. For 50 years, we have been providing quality care and accommodations for seniors, and are now pleased to be expanding our care services with the introduction of complex care at Eden House.
Here, we bring our person-centered care approach to individuals who require support around the clock.
Eden House is an excellent choice for individuals living with complex conditions including, but not limited to:
- Chronic Conditions
- Muscular Dystrophy
- Spinal Cord Injuries
- Cognitive Illnesses
- Complex Medical Conditions
- Various Disabilities
With regular social activities and only nine residents per floor, residents truly feel they are part of a family at Eden House.
