About this service
Supportive Living allows individuals to enjoy a home-like setting with the comfort of having health care services provided. It is a great option for individuals who may have medical needs that can be managed to maintain a semi-independent lifestyle.
Greenfield offers 30 Supportive Living with Dementia Care (SL4-D) units. With the added supports for each of our residents diagnosed with mid-stage dementia, we offer a safe and secure environment. Our staff are trained for dementia care and understand the needs of our residents.
Admission to the Supportive Living units (SL4-D) is only through assessment by Alberta Health Services. Residents pay a government regulated accommodation charge, which covers room and board (three meals per day plus snacks), housekeeping, linen and bedding laundry and some building maintenance costs.
