Through the Métis Training to Employment (MTE) program, Rupertsland Institute (RLI) offers services to assist Métis individuals in preparing for, finding and keeping employment. Trained Employment Counsellors and Job Coaches provide these services from RLIs office locations and Mobile Employment units throughout the province.

RLI offers Métis people support in three broad categories: job assistance, funded training and employment information. Visit one of RLIs Education & Employment (Métis Training to Employment) offices to access the service that best suits your needs or to speak one-on-one with an Employment Counsellor or Job Coach.
