About this service
Provides prenatal care for teens who are pregnant or think they might be.
Provides medical care, emotional support, nutrition teaching, and referrals as needed.
You will be assessed by the team to see what your needs are. The program offers:
- resources (e.g. financial, housing, pregnancy tests, birth control information)
- prenatal care (e.g. vitamins, check-ups, counselling)
- hospital tours
- the Health for 2 program
- help with decision making regarding your pregnancy and referral to other resources if needed
- pregnancy tests
- We share care with an obstetrician. You can be part of the program for up to 6 months after you have your baby.

For girls age 19 and under who are pregnant
