- Preparing supporting documentation for Immigration & Refugee Board of Canada hearings
- Completing forms and paperwork
- Navigating community and resources
- Free annual non-voting memberships for refugee claimants
- Letters of support addressed to the Immigration & Refugee Board of Canada
