The Pediatric Centres for Weight and Health (PCWH) support children and families reaching their healthy lifestyle goals and promote healthy growth and development. Our team partners with your family to set health goals at your own pace considering nutrition, physical activity, health, mental health and well-being. You may work with our team one-on-one or in a group setting.
