About this service

Parenting is rewarding but challenging. Caring Families is a family development program designed to assist families in building on the strengths they already have as well as learning new skills.

Parents spend part of the day bonding with their child while participating together in a variety of early learning activities, then participate in a group while staff care for their children. This is a parent/child interaction program so parents must attend with their child(ren) (birth to 6 years).

There will be time for one on one meetings with staff to discuss any parenting concerns, borrow various resources and visit with other parents. This is a 10 week program, 3 full days per week. Breakfast and lunch is provided as well as a snack for the children.
