- financial assessment and Interventions to assist patient and family in problem-solving and planning for the financial elements
- family and caregiver coping adjustment support
- mediate and assist with conflict resolution and provide advocacy to support patient and family goals
- decision making capacity process, alternate decision makers and related legal documents
- identify and connect patients with appropriate community supports and resources
