About this service
St. Nicholas is a 38 unit apartment building located in the Ottewell community across the street from Capilano Mall. Tenants have easy access to a variety of services including restaurants, shopping and medical resources. Ottewell is one of the city's largest neighbourhoods and is named for the Ottewell family who were among the first settlers south of the river in the 1880s and whose home is now on display in Fort Edmonton Park. The atmosphere at St. Nicholas is friendly, the tenants are active, and the building is beautifully maintained and secure. Tenants can meet and enjoy coffee in the main floor social room.
