Built in 1984, Montgomery Place is located in Southeast Edmonton in the Strathearn community and is comprised of 303 units. With a commanding view of the River Valley, tenants enjoy gathering in the eighth floor lounge for puzzles and the Canada Day fireworks display. Tenants can also enjoy two additional lounges, a craft room, pool tables, shuffleboards, and exercise room. A variety of social activities and bus outings are offered. Montgomery Place has six washers and six dryers for tenant use. Just minutes away from Bonnie Doon mall, tenants have easy access to major bus routes and nearby amenities.
