This quiet, 36 suite, beautifully maintained building is deep within an established neighbourhood. Gateway Manor is a very active and engaged building with large, bright one-bedroom suites. The tenants get together for card games, barbeques and events. Gateway Manor is right next door to the Ottewell Curling Club and Golf Driving Range. Tenants can stroll to the rink in the winter to enjoy a cup of coffee while watching a few ends and in the summer, they enjoy the driving range. Gateway Manor is close to the Capilano Mall and its surrounding businesses, restaurants and services. One of Gateway Manors most attractive features is the garden area in the backyard where tenants can grow their own vegetables and flowers and relax in the gazebo.
