About this service
Ansgar Villa has 175 one-bedroom suites, three of which are equipped for people with physical disabilities. Located west of downtown in the Oliver area, a block north of Jasper Avenue, it is close to drug stores, grocery stores, medical clinics and a wide variety of other shops and cafs.
A small ETS bus can take you to and from Oliver Square and downtown Edmonton, which leaves little need for your own transportation. Parking at Ansgar is limited and stalls are awarded on a first come, first serve basis.
Rent 30% of gross monthly income - income criteria required
