Edmontons Food Bank learned that 70% of our clients were not connected with other supports in the community to help them address their needs Beyond Food. Rather than duplicating services, we mobilized with partner organizations, community agencies, and volunteers to provide opportunities for people to meet their needs on-site at the Food Bank.
Support provided: literacy and education support; employment preparation; financial & tax services; practical resources; personal support, and much, much more.
