TRANSITIONS provides autism-friendly support, health care and mental health services for adults with ASD.
This hub of support includes:
- access to autism-aware family doctors.
- support services from a caring team.
- connections to other services within the community.
- access to our in-house psychiatrist who has expertise in ASD.
